ALIM(Alternative Learning and Instructional Method) is a non-formal learning program designed to provide alternative education opportunities for Christian boys and girls who have never attended a formal school. It aims to equip children aged 09–12 with basic literacy and life skills, enabling them to read, write, and comprehend in both Urdu and English. The curriculum focuses on language arts, reading, writing, mathematics, and essential daily life skills, preparing students for vocational and technical training through a K-10 grade alternative education model. The program specifically targets Christian children living below the poverty line in urban slums (Katchi Bastis) of Lahore and Islamabad. ALIM’s mission is to empower these children by breaking the cycle of poverty, enabling them to earn a livelihood and become respected, productive members of society.​ALIM(Alternative Learning and Instructional Method) is a part of Empowering Marginalized Christian Children of Pakistan (EMCCP) which is registered as a  California 501(c)3 non-profit. ​All donations are tax deductible.​
